Owners Melissa and Regie Guzman have owned and operated Capitol Chocolate Fountains since its inception in 2003. With our combined 50+ years experience in the service industry (Regie with a major hotel and Melissa with a major airline), we strive to earn your business with exemplary customer service and an unrivaled quality product.
Our mission is to provide a superior product and service in a professional manner while ensuring our customers receive the ultimate chocolate experience for their special occasion.
Now in our 5th year we have provided over 2500 fountains to varied clients. We are trusted by prominent hotels, reception locations, caterers, event planners, golf and country clubs, hospitals, military installations, restaurants, etc. in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. References gladly furnished upon request.
As the largest chocolate fountain catering company serving the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, we have over 30 fountains. We offer 4 different sizes to accommodate any size celebration and base our fountain size recommendation on the number of guests you are expecting. We would be happy to assist you in determining the appropriate fountain size for your event.
We have been featured in the Washington Post, were the only chocolate fountain company nominated for W*USA 9’s A List in 2006 and have been the exclusive chocolate fountain providers participating in the annual Fairfax Chocolate Lovers Festival.
